StaySync Pro
The complete hotel and hostel booking engine for WordPress. Accept online bookings directly on your website with zero commissions. Supports room management, dormitory beds, Razorpay payments, and a visual calendar.
Installation & Setup
- Install and activate the StaySync Booking plugin from the plugins menu.
- Navigate to StaySync → Hotels to add your property.
- Create rooms or dormitories under your property.
- To accept payments, go to Settings → Payments and enter your Razorpay keys.
- Place the booking form on your website using the shortcode below.

Use the Gutenberg block StaySync Booking, or use the shortcode anywhere on your site:

Create a room type "Dorm" and specify the bed count to let guests pick individual beds.

Installation & Setup
- Install and activate the Fixed Departure Pro plugin.
- Navigate to Fixed Departure → Settings to activate your license key.
- Go to Trips → Add New to create a new tour and define available dates and seat limits.
- Under Pricing Rules, setup early-bird discounts or group rates if needed.
- Configure payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, Paytm, etc.) in settings.

Coupon Support
Customers can apply discount coupons directly in the checkout popup. The plugin handles coupon validation dynamically without requiring WooCommerce.

Installation & Setup

- Go to Appearance → Theme Settings and enter your license key to enable updates.
- Import the demo content (optional) from Tools → Import to get a head start.
